Through my own life experiences and the valuable lessons learned from family and friends, I've developed a deep empathy for those going through difficult times. My mission is to extend a helping hand and assist in taking those crucial first steps towards life and property recovery. Kevin and his team helped our family in a time of need. Business name says Rochester but they can come to Buffalo and surrounding areas! After my dad was rushed to the ER after losing a lot of blood, we had a big mess to clean up and furniture was not salvageable. Simultaneously, we were at the hospital caring for our loved one. Kevin and his team were able to provide an estimate same day and was available the next afternoon for the job. They removed damaged furniture, cleaned the floors and tiles, and were very kind. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. I hope we never have to use this service again but if we do, I will call Kevin.

I had a great experience with Kevin for a recent basement cleaning. After my initial call, he was able to come out for an assessment and quote the very next day, which was impressive, especially since my service wasn't an emergency. He then scheduled the job for just over a week later. Kevin walked me through his process before starting (including talking about his cleaning agents), and then, after completing the work, he showed me the finished areas using a scope camera. Kevin worked hard throughout the day and provided clear communication which was appreciated. The price was all inclusive and there was no nickel and diming for all the work performed.
