I called Bio-One to clean up an old rodent infestation in my basement. From the first point of contact, Kevin was responsive, courteous and professional. The clean up took one day, in which they stripped out the drop ceiling I wanted removed, and cleaned and sanitized every (and I mean EVERY) inch of my basement from floor to ceiling. They even tidied up the storage bins and other items on the shelves to look immaculate. Decades of dust, cobwebs, rodent waste and nesting was completely cleansed from every corner—and best of all I didn’t have to see any of it on its way out! They are very discrete with removal and disposal. The team went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I don’t have to be afraid of my basement anymore.

Kevin and his team helped our family in a time of need. Business name says Rochester but they can come to Buffalo and surrounding areas! After my dad was rushed to the ER after losing a lot of blood, we had a big mess to clean up and furniture was not salvageable. Simultaneously, we were at the hospital caring for our loved one. Kevin and his team were able to provide an estimate same day and was available the next afternoon for the job. They removed damaged furniture, cleaned the floors and tiles, and were very kind. This took a huge weight off our shoulders. I hope we never have to use this service again but if we do, I will call Kevin.

Kevin was AMAZING to work with! Extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was able to get my job in quickly and was in and out in a day. He had Amanda helping him and they were both detail oriented and went above and beyond. Amanda even wiped down some shelving units in the basement for me. I had planned on doing this but never mentioned it to them. Great communication, great work, thoughtful people, and a joy to do business with. 10/10 would recommend.
